First half starts blindingly, with Kipper Kiprianou volleying home after just 3 minutes! 1-0 Blues! SUFC decide to let Bolto have some of the ball and Juan Adam Barrett and Soko get their heads on everything, Lenny on top form, clears off line. Whitebait getting good crosses into the box, Big Willy Atko lively like an electric eel, Blues look a different team to last week. Ted Tiddler commanding the box. Usual rubbish lino and ref made some poor calls, or none at all! Ferdin Nandos had to hobble off for a cheeky sub on 22 mins. 1-0 Halfo.
Second half and Smiffy goes to collect a high ball, and the ball ends up in the net – foul by Bolto player?? Lots of complaints from Blues but ref had a good talking to from Bolto boss Parky at halftime so allows the goal. Ref clueless, almost books a Blues player until 4th official admits he was replacing the ball ! GRRR! Bolto hack down Lenny and Browtrout is so angry he gets sent to stands, ref doesn’t even give a foul! Bolto have chances but fluff them. 3 mins injury time turned into 5 by referee who seemed to be playing on until Bolto score. But he has to give in and blows the whistle. Well deserved and hard fought point. Good performance UTB!!
