James Anchovy braved the Dartbastard Crossing and the biggest Meccano set in Kent to bring this report. James had his jabs for the trip south of the river along with 1000 Shrimpers but could Blues pummel the Priest-Feeled team onto submission? After all, they hadn’t scored a goal yet this season…….

First half and an unchanged team takes the game to Gills, Lenny scoring on twenty. Shades of Plymouth as chances go begging and The Kents are happy to see halfo 1-0 Blues. (Orange)

Second half and as predicted it all goes tits up and Eaves swings from the roof to head for 1-1, easy header while unmarked. And he does it again, Eaves heading in from the rafters. James says we’re looking ropey. But two mins later Kightly puts away for 2-2. Lenny should score but then Coxy bundles in for 3-2 to set Blues up for victory. Theo gives away a pen and the Ox saves!! But Eaves follows up for 3-3 and a hat trick. Anton is struggling and Blues losing headers in the box, all over 3-3.

For the second away game running, a forward helps himself to a hat-trick, An ex Championship side maybe fair enough, but a crap relegation fodder team who hadn’t scored all season? Defence is becoming a problem, Ox needs protection!
