The PrawnCrew turned up to cheer on the Mighty Shrimpers in their final home game of the season. A mid-table bore-draw it wasn’t!
First half and Theo and Coxy go close, with Big Ox making the customary saves, Dru has to go off with a hamstring problem and then Mantom the Phantom is hacked down to gain Ollie “Chopper” Clarke his second yellow. Mants goes off for 4Tuna and Cokes is on for Dru. Halfo 0-0.
Second half and Demi and Coxy are in midfield, Theo has chances, Kights too but Ravers force the Ox into good saves. Blues struggle to penetrate the Ravers defence and the game fizzles out as Brizzel time waste the season away.
Blues finish a very respectable 10th after a poor start to the season and end with clean sheets.
Hopefully Big Ox is a keeper!
