After another miserable week for Shrimpers with the off field drama overshadowing the playing side (who were not paid for January when they played this game!) Super Jack Bridge bagged two goal to see Blues home.
First half and pretty even stevens with chances both ends, Murphy in from the start has chances but can’t find the net, halfo 0-0.
Second half and Blondy makes a good save and then sees Bridgy fouled in the area for a penalty to Blues. Jack scores the pen on 64mins and Blues start to push on, Bridgy curls in a cross/shot for 2-0 on 71 mins, and Hyde has a shot well saved late on as Blues finish well.
