Looked like it was going to be a good start to the League One season EFL Cup when Maccas25 yarder poke found its way into the back of the net but Gilling got back into it from – surprise surprise – a corner and then a long throw goals from open play and finished us off with quarter of an hour to go.
If Moons had stretched the lead with his 2 opportunities the final scoreline may have been a lot different.
Still overall it’s the first second game of the season and some of the play was very positive so it’s not the end of the world
