Northpizza MacTown KFC

Northpizza MacTown KFC are celebrating 29 years at the SixPack Stadium, the only ground in the league to be constructed using left over fast food cartons. One side of the ground was extended using plastic coffee spoon thingies and completion was announced when the guy arrived on his little moped. Formed as Nohampton Town in 1909 after a merger between NoHampton Rovers and LittleHampton Ladies, the team played at the NoHampton Cricket Ground, sharing the pitch. This was often a problem when both cricket and football teams played at the same time, leading to some strange scores. This included a defeat in the FA Cup against Manchester Ewenightly, when the away team declared at 8-2. Highlights include a jammy 11-1 win against the Mighty Shrimpers when the NoHampton goalkeeper was allowed to wear wicket keeper gloves by the umpire, and the Shrimpers goalkeeper was sent off for a no-ball. Hard times ensued in the nineties, and in 1994, NoHampton finished bottom of the league and were only saved from relegation when Condomference champions Kidding MisterHitlers missed a vital Football League meeting when their coach was mysteriously run off the road by a large sight-screen and 4 pitch rollers. NoHampton moved to the newly constructed SixPack Stadium in late 1994, and kicked off their first game against Barndoor an hour late, when the delivery man bringing the ball was held up at the ball shop, and then brought a rugby ball by mistake, blamed the ball shop staff for always getting things wrong, offered a can of drink for free, then promised to be back with the correct item but never came back and was fired by the shop. The renamed NorthPizza MacTown KFC have had some success since, with Wembley appearances and cup victories along with financial difficulties. Recently the Sixpack Stadium has been hired out to Comatose City who played their home games at the Sixpack on Saturdays, with MacTown playing on the TGI Friday.
