Fish Walsh and Sir Nick Prawnby braved the East Stand green seats and the Far Post’s dodgy Fosters to bring a report of the JPT win against Bristol Rarely. Fish predicted a 1-0 win and Sir Nick 1-1 and Blues to win on pens.

First half and all change with Moons up front and Payney starting behind. Basher Barrett and Tommo centre backs, Atko and Wozza, Hursty too. Ravers under pressure and a great cross headed in by Captain Whitey on 12 mins, 1-0! Not much else for Ravers keeper to do, lots of hard work but no end result. Ravers think they’ve scored – offside!
Second Half and Ravers get chances but Bentley saves the day. Phil Browntrout lets Tommo, Barratt and Payney play the 90 minutes, not too convincing but grind it out.
