The Blue Boyz plus 1300 Shrimpers travelled to Boreham (900 home fans) with Wreck-it-Ralph replacing Brooklyn Kabongolo after receiving permission to join the squad from the NFL.
First half and Blues start well, with MOTM Nick Hayes saving well, but it’s Kanu being flattened by the goalie to see Jack Bridge slotting home the penalty on 21mins. Boreham get back into it before the break but Nick is saving well again. Halfo 1-0.
Second half and Hayes saves again as Wood wake up but sleepy Blues concede on 47mins thru Sousa. Blues fashion a couple of half chances but Hayes saves an OG from Ollie Coker and tops it with a fine late save to save a point for Blues.
