The Mighty Shrimpers travelled to the Heed for the final game of the regular season knowing that a win or draw would pip Gateshead to the final playoff place.
In a nervy game with 1755 magnificent Shrimpers roaring then on, Blues had the best chances and deserved at least a point to clinch the final playoff spot!
